Sarwar Bari has been leading Pattan since its inception. His areas of expertise are Election monitoring (local and general elections); assessment of governance and political parties; community empowerment and development; social mobilization and participation; institutional development; leadership and management; research, advocacy/lobbying and networking; strategic planning and development planning; monitoring and evaluation; rural development and poverty alleviation; and disaster preparedness and risk reduction. He is an acclaimed social activist and is known for his thought provoking articles and opinions published in numerous newspapers nationwide. Furthermore, he has presented his research papers in Regional and International conferences. He has maintained and still maintains memberships of renowned Regional and International networks and founded numerous networks. He is currently serving as the Chairman of the Free and Fair Election Network (FAFEN). team-1
 team-2 Rabia Ghani is a development professional with over 18 years experience in project management. She is currently working as a project manager at Pattan and works towards effective planning, review, monitoring, and evaluation of key projects. She is particularly interested in isuues related to gender, ethnicity & religious minorities’ issues. She works towards reducing marginalization through institutional development, para-legal interventions, media, art & cultural activities focusing on diversity, and respecting cultural sensitivity.
William Pervaiz started his career as an artist and later joined the advertising world as graphic designer. He kept on exploring his talent as an actor, playwright and theatre director. He joined Pattan in 2003 as coordinator culture and arts. He has written more 25 stage plays on women, human rights and social issues. He has written more than 35 street theatres and these have been performed more than 3000 times on different occasions. He is passionate about working towards political issues related to the common man as well as women rights.  team-3
 team-3 Hailing from Chitral, Muhammad Ismail Khan has been working with Pattan since 16 years now. His professional experience spans accounts, book keeping, finance, budgeting, forecasting and internal & external audit as well as taxation.  He manages finance and human resources at Pattan currently.  He is particularly passionate about advocating equal opportunity for men and women. He also believes in fighting against child labour and the institution of dowry.
Myrah Nerine Butt is a University of Sussex graduate with a keen interest in poverty and identity. Her expertise includes research, resource mobilisation, and communications. Having previously worked at the UN, she just joined Pattan as Deputy Manager Programme Development, Research and Advocacy.  She believes in bottom up participatory solutions to tackle issues plaguing the country.        team-4
 team-4 Farrukh Kazmi just joined the Pattan team as an IT Manager & Office Administrator. He possesses more than 16 years experience in IT and technical management, project manager networking and system administration. He has effectively handled complex networking issues & possesses effective organizational skills and working knowledge of data communication. He cares deeply about the environment; especially issues stemming from traffic and pollution.
Adnan Chughtai has been part of the Pattan team since 6 years. With an accountancy background, he is currently is working in operations. His areas of expertise include Accounting, Finance and Internal audit. He has managed projects related to electoral reforms and disasters across Pakistan. He is keenly interested in electoral reform and improving governance as he believes substantial change can only be brought about by strengthening institutions. team-5
Wajahat Batool has a Masters Political Science from Punjab University and has been associated with Development sector from last 17 years. She joined Pattan in 2011 and has worked as Constituency Coordinator, District Coordinator, and Advocacy Officer and is now a Parliamentary Observer. She is deeply passionate about gender equality and actively works towards combatting discrimination at all levels.  team-6
 team-7 Samia Arif has been working with Pattan since the past 7 years. With a bachelors in psychology and political science, she is an experienced social mobiliser. She has worked in Lahore, Kashmore and Muzaffargarh  on disasters and electoral reform.  She believes in fighting gender discrimination in both her personal and professional life.
Ghulam Murtaza is one of the oldest members of the Pattan family, with an affiliation of over 20 years. Having worked primarily on disaster risk reduction and electoral reform, Murtaza has researched on and mobilized communities in Muzaffargarh, Multan, DI Khan, DG Khan, and Rajanpur. He believes in fighting injustice at all levels. Murtaza
 parveen Parveen Latif joined Pattan in 2012. She was previously a teacher. She worked as a Social Mobiliser and an observer during the 2013 elections. She has also worked extensively with the Labour Quomi Movement. She understand the Faisalabad region really well.  She is passionate about combatting social discrimination.
Kausar Batool has been working with Pattan since 1997. She has primarily worked on voter education and electoral reform in the districts Faisalabad, Lahore, Chakwal, Attock , Pindi Islamanad, Layyah, Sargodha, Khushab, and Balakot. She is very passionate about working with marginalized women who lack an effective safety net.  kausar
 Naseem Jhan Naseem Jehan has been working with Pattan for the last 17 years on a variety of projects, She specialises in community mobilisation, capacity building and networking. She hails from Multan and is deeply interested in Women’s rights and empowerment. Specifically, she works towards the implementation of pro women laws.
Ghulam Fareedudin has been working as a volunteer with Pattan since 2006. He has worked on a range of different projects. His niche is disasters. He has worked in  Muzaffargarh, Balochistan, Quetta, Faisaalabaad, and Multan. He believes that the minimum wage should be implemented and that workers should get all the rights they are entitled to.  GHUM Fareedudin
 Prevaiz Akhtar Pervaiz Akhtar has been with Pattan since its inception. He works in the Multan office and handles a variety of tasks. His favorite work is that of managing the office. He believes that fighting injustice is a personal responsibility.
Muhammad Tanveer has been working for Pattan since the past ten years. He works as a cook in the Multan office. He also ventures into the community for mobilization when required.  tanveer

Mukhtar Hussain has been working with Pattan since the last 17 years as a chowkidaar, He occasionally goes out in the field too. He believes in fighting for the injustice that poor people face especially with respect to the current flawed legal system of Pakistan

Ghulam Yasin has been with Pattan for almost 21 years. His areas of expertise are fieldwork, community mobilisation, event management and report writing in Urdu. His interests are working with the marginalized and isolated communities for their rights.  ghum yasin
 razib Riaz Jazib has been part of the Pattan family since years now. He is adept at community mobilisation, advocacy, research and fieldwork. He also writes frequently in the press and is passionate about empowerment of women and marginalised groups.
